Extremely unresponsive customer support. In two weeks they've been unable/unwilling to explain why backblaze has accumulated 45 GB of dat files on my limited capacity SSD, why they are necessary, if they can be deleted, and if necessary how they can be relocated to a HD. Backblaze should store my backups on their hardware not mine. The backups are so slow that it can take a week or more for each to complete. Instead of resolving the problem they've frozen my account and stopped all backups.
